Though we only met on the last day of our stay - she ensured that she called every day and inquired into our stay and gave us hints on how to enjoy Edinburgh better. The location was excellent for the city centre and also for the old town leading to Holyrood Palace. At the same time watching one of the many DVDs available. The facilities were excellent as we could prepare a meal in the kitchen and eat it at the beautiful oak dining table in the lounge/dining room. We stayed in the Oriental room and the decor and bed were fantastic. Lovely host who couldn't do enough for us.
